HOW DO I CANCEL OR EDIT A PLACED ORDER?
If you would like to cancel an order you placed, please contact us through our customer service email bliss_booking@outlook.com with the subject 'Order Cancellation' proceeded by your order number (ex. 'Order Cancellation (#1234)'). To edit an order you placed, please contact us by email as well with the subject 'Order Edit' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Edit (#1234)').

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may not be able to fulfill your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible or simply refund you.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
For items that are IN STOCK, any orders placed Monday-Friday before 5PM ET will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and shipped either the same day or the next day. Orders placed after 5 PM ET will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM ET will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. ORDERS ARE NEVER SHIPPED ON SATURDAY . *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS All packages are shipped via USPS First Class. First Class takes up to 3 business days to ship anywhere in the United States. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost.

WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE INSIDE YOUR LIP GLOSSES?
All glosses are made from an all natural; vegan and cruelty free base. Glosses are then mixed with a carrier oil of either: 100% pure castor oil, grapeseed oil, rosehip seed oil, coconut oil and marula oil. All pigments, colorants, scents or flavors that are then added to the gloss are all safe for use on the skin. Please refer to each gloss' description for specific ingrediant details.

HOW DID MY ORDER GET CANCELED
We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ALL UNPAID ORDERS. We only refund items that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of order being delivered. We do not ship replacements. There are NO exchanges

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal and the following credit cards through PayPal: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

IS MY PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFO SECURE ON YOUR SITE?
All payments accepted on the site are processed by PayPal, and as such, your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). All payments through credit/ debit cards are handled safely and responsibly.

HOW DO I USE DISCOUNT CODES IN YOUR SHOP?
Upon adding products to the cart, you can enter a discount code in the input field labeled 'discount code' and then click the 'update total' or 'apply' button.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation in your email once your order has been successfully recieved and processed. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
USPS First Class 2-3 Business Days ($3.50)
USPS First Class International ($13.50)
All orders are shipped USPS First Class 2-3 Business Days. All international orders are shipped First Class International Mail packages typically take 2-3 days to arrive.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED
All sales are final. If product is damaged when received, please contact me immediately and no later than 2 business days after you have received the item. Refund must be made within 24 hours of your purchase. MUST have a PayPal account to get refund.
